That’s right, Brisbane Tree Experts have been trusted by hundreds of people over the last 30 years from a range of industries.
-
As trained arborists who are qualified members of the QAA, we are: specialists in tree management, trained to give expert advice, and are bound to uphold a range of professional standards. Lopping a tree may seem like the only option, but it is important to get expert advice about whether tree lopping is the appropriate solution for your situation. Tree loppers are not trained arborists and so are not experts in giving this advice. IMPORTANT: Tree lopping can lead to structural faults that could cost you thousands of dollars in damage, and can massively reduce the value of your property. Sometimes a lopped tree can also become unsafe, risking the wellbeing of anyone who enters your property. For the sake of your own safety we urge you to always seek professional advice from a trained arborist. A cheaper solution in the short-term can lead to a costly solution in the long-term. We have been called in to fix tree lopping jobs that have gone horribly wrong. It’s much more cost-effective to invest in expert advice and services upfront. We care about people and we care about trees, so please read our free mini eBook before hiring any tree service company.

We conduct a full Risk Assessment of every job, and engage only in safe work methods that will keep your property and our staff safe at all times. We are so committed to safety that we do our own in-house climbing training once a month in our own time – a Saturday morning. Other ways that we keep people and property safe is by:
- Adhering to Australian Cutting Standards
- Using the most advanced and safest climbing techniques
- Using the newest and most advanced equipment
- Attending the World Arbor Camp and Conferences so that we can keep up to date with the latest tree care innovations and techniques. See photographs from the 2011 Arbor camp on our Facebook page. And while you’re there, feel free to ‘Like’ us!
We are also members of the Tree Contractors Association, Arboriculture Australia, and we are registered with Qbuild and Workers Compensation Queensland.

We respect your time so we will turn up on time. If for any reason we know that we’re going to be running a little bit late, then we’ll call to let you know. If we make a promise, we will deliver on that promise. We do this because we enjoy what we do, and we take pride in doing it well.

Storm damage costs hundreds of thousands of dollars damage to Queensland homes every year, and we don’t want your home to be next. Be safe. Be ready. If you receive a quote from us in the sprint months, we will give your yard a free ‘storm readiness’ assessment so it is ready for summer.
-
We understand that people prefer a range of payment methods, that’s why we accept all credit cards, debit cards as well as eftpos and PayPal. Also, if you pay upfront, you receive a 5% discount on the total tree care service.
-
On many occasions we have had to think ‘outside the box’ to come up with a safe, cost-effective and successful solution. Due to our experience, qualifications and our ability to think laterally, we are able to tackle even the toughest jobs. Take a look for yourself.
-
If you wish, we will also give you the woodchip from any removed trees/branches from your property, so that you can save money buying mulch in the future. The only criteria is that a) There is enough room in your yard to drop the chips, b) There are no service lines above the dump zone (such as electrical wires or telephone wires) and c) You don’t have a steep driveway.
If you don’t want the woodchip, no problems, we take the woodchip with us and ensure that they are recycled.
We are called Business Tree Experts for a reason. To arrange an obligation-free consultation, contact us today.
